Monthly LEASE rates*

Standard monthly RV space rentals are from $575. Spaces includes water, septic and trash amenities. Electric usage is metered and usage amount is provided prior to the end of each month. Each space includes pedestals with a 50A, 30A & 20A outlet. Tiny homes may require upgrades. Spaces that have a shed are $650 monthly.

Fenced Monthly rates*

From $750 plus electric and shall include a powered 8x8 shed. These spaces average 35x60 and are partially to fully fenced, providing some additional privacy. Many of which also utilize the treeline and provide much more shading in the summer months.

dailY/WEEKLY rates**

Daily rentals are $50 per night with a minimum of (2) nights. Includes use of water, septic, trash and electric usage. Rental is for a 24 hour period.

A weekly package rate is $250, a savings of almost 30%.
