A mere 1.5 miles away is Little Ridge Park. A few minute ride, or leisurely walk to the park allows pleasant picnic areas, beaches for fishing and a boat launch area. A wonderful view of Lake Lavon all around the peninsula.

Access to mallard park

At 3 miles away is Mallard Park off US 78. Featuring a picnic area overlooking the calm waters of a Lake Lavon cove. Boat launch access and plenty of parking. A perfect spot to launch your kayak or paddleboard, or just take in the sounds while fishing.

Walking, hiking an biking trails within 15 minutes of the park.

Sister Grove Park within 7.5 miles features several trails and areas to explore, and is dog friendly as well!

The Trails at Squabble Creek , 12mi, offer some great elevated hiking/biking near several eateries nearby, making that lunch that much better after enjoying the trails.
